haha I don't know what the car was doing, lights were off and he was just sitting there.. I guess with Christmas so close he was just too confused and did not know what to do...
yes the turn lane light was red

Heck yeah, it is a big city. How can you have 23 red lights on 27 in the city limits and not be a big city?

Someone may have hit him... When I drove by it he was checking his back bumper and it had the black stuff where it looked liked someone had hit him.There wasnt another car there so unless it was a hit and run I dont know.Also on the mini pooper part why are we belittling someones car???

I think that he did get hit but so far no one else had seen it so we were just having fun making up stuff

My mom knows the lady who drives that MINI and pulled over to help her yesterday.....but she said everything was ok. When mom drove back by a few minutes later a cop was pulled behind her with his lights on.....so not sure what the deal was. Guess she had some car problems maybe.....BMW quality for ya, hehehe.
