No! Like joe said i dont race at the track. I know what my car is capable of dont need a slip to tell me. But if this foxbody wants some im the street ill be more than happy to give him a hand full. You can ask anybody my car performs better on the street with my setup

I am just giving you shit man, since this is the crap talk section and all. But you are sorta right, I haven't had it to the track since we did the top end. I ran it in the 1/8th with a cobra intake, 3.73 gears, and a few bolt ons and it ran an 8.58. The guy I bought the car from ran in the 1/4 with the exact same mods other than he was on street tires and I was on DR's and he ran a 13.5@105. Whenever I moved to school the car got put on the back burner and I hardly ever drive it but I plan on getting it all lined out and running good as soon as I graduate in December if not sooner. It runs OK now just needs some tuning and what not.

Me, Hahn and a couple other guys were standing around and this tweeker pulled up and just started up about how he got wrongfully arrested for dumping trash, and started in on his 'redneck internet' not working. Anyway he starts telling us his car has a Mazda 6 wing and he hooked the LED brake lights in the wing straight to the brake light wire so they would light up brighter than if he hooked them to the battery. He also said, and I quote in as much his own words as I can remember saying "I've got 4 grand in the undercarriage, new brake lines and things like that man. My ebrake doesn't work right now though because the line is pinched" then he told us about his heads being bored over 60 thousandths. and he dyno'd at 323 hp to the wheels. He said he "challenged" sped in his mustang but he wouldn't race. He was telling me how well it handled going down falls road. The bullshit got so deep I had to walk away for a bit. Thanks man, but if I had a WB I could do it. All, I have is a predator, which isn't real great but it does what I need it to do with the basic mods that I have, AFR on motor is right around 12.7 or so...The problem is/was the nitrous hit is WAY too rich, which I think was due to the Fuel Jet. If I had a wideband I could see what was going on there and adjust accordingly.

My car dyno'd exactly 100rwhp more with a 100 shot. Nitrous Express gaurantee's within 1% at the wheels of advertised hp, IIRC.

This was Untuned, simply bolting the kit on.

I'm curious and have been for a while, I hear people say something like that and I wonder, How do you know it's a 58 shot? I mean, what is the jetting you run to get the 58hp, and is it verified at 58 more horsepower? If it is, is that where the 58 came from? Is the 58 the jet?

I've always seen 100, 125, 50, 150, 75 shots, descriptions that came from the advertised horsepower, but I hear you Monticello boys talking about odd things, like a 58 shot and a 120 and stuff like that.[/b]

.036 Nitrous jet, dry shot, single port figured out to be a 58 shot, that's how. Your friend Garrin said it was a 75 shot..........well I tried out both jets (.032 which he said was a 50 shot & .036) and could tell no difference at all.

Now if you think I'm hiding something then sorry ole boy I'm not like the rest you've had encounters with from my hometown, I don't hustle or try to pretend to be a hustler so I could really care less about all that.
