ps3 or xbox 360?

which one is better? i seen some xbox games and liked them, but the ps3 has blue ray. i haven't done any console gaming in years and years... but figured i would get one

you'll get the xbox fan boys that will say oh so many ppl online on xbox live but you gotta pay for it and but me personally i say go with a ps3 they absolutely do everything dvds/bluerayz/ps3 games/wireless internet/free at that free to get on playstation network, dont get me wrong i like the xboxs too they are great they have their games as well as ps3's so its really gonna come down to personal preference, if you wanna try out a ps3 lmk and you can check mine out b4 i sell it

i was a playstation fan since the first one... i had bought a ps one and two. i had bought a ps3 and loved it.. my house was broke into and it was stolen with everything else. i then bought an x-box and haven't looked back... the online community is AMAZING!! there is more selection/availability of games... the only downside is the smaller harddrives and the Red ring of death. hell on x-box now, i can access facebook and use my zune player, and it also gives u access to a feature called last.fm that allows you to listen to customizeable radio stations by what you like, i use it more than i do my x-box for the most part.

now just have to wait until the 18th when the big ass LED arrives at my friend's house so i can go pick it up, since best buy wouldn't let me pick it up at the store, or deliver it to my house... that was a big mess of sillyness...

you need a 360. i have one with extended warranty thats only been played like 10 hours total prolly. comes with madden10 COD W@W and atv offroad fury and i dunno what else, comes in the box. wireless controller 60gb hard drive

I've already told my story to Jimmy but I bought a PS3 off a friend and played it a grand total of 4 hours before the blu-ray laser/control board died. Needless to say, it left a bad taste in my mouth...most stylish and expensive paperweight I've ever had. :mad:

i just find it a better, easier layout on the xbox and that i can do more with it myself, even the controler of a playstation feels wierd in my hands, I cant talk bad about playstation, it just not for me though.
